What is your turnaround time?

Majority of listed items is 3-5 business days. Please note that turnaround time may be longer for custom orders.

For any holidays, I guarantee arrival prior to holiday as long as your order is received before the cutoff date (announced on Instagram page). Holiday specific orders may take more than 3-5 business days, especially with an influx of orders.

If you are looking for your order by a specific date or looking to rush an order, please specify that in notes prior to checking out. Although I cannot guarantee it, I am able to meet most customer’s requests. Feel free to reach out on Instagram through DM if you are nervous to order. I can confirm the feasibility of rushing your order.

Can I return or exchange my item?

I do not accept returns or exchanges - all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order upon receipt, I of course will work with you to resolve that. Please don’t hesitate to reach out.
